up-to-date on our latest creations and additions.

Customer satisfaction is very important to me. I
will stand behind every item that leaves my shop and
will gladly take any item not personalized for an
exchange. I will send you a new item that is the same as the one
you are returning.
Upon receiving your item(s), please look everything
over to make sure it meets your approval. If not,
please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your
order and I will make arrangements with you to
return the item to SweetPeas. If I do not hear from you within 24
hours, I will assume that you are happy with
your purchase.

Personalized items cannot be returned. If there
is a problem with the quality of the personalization, please let me know
within 24 hours of receipt of your order for an
exchange. The item will need to be
sent back in its original box with packaging, unused.
You will be responsible for return shipping. SweetPeas will not be
responsible for loss of returned goods sent back-uninsured shipping.

I value personal privacy and will not share
your customer information with anyone.

personal
checks if the order will be picked up Locally.
